Expanding Flexibility with Finesse Series

It’s time to get "Feldenkraised"! Select this series of 8 Classes to improve your body awareness, and your overall breathing flexibility. 

Fine Tune to get Loose! Get smart to feel fluid! Small movements are the key to improving your breathing flexibility.

This series of 8 lessons use mindful breathing to expand spaces you might not be aware of.


YOU WILL LEARN Specific approaches to improve capacity, warm up the body, and enhance diaphragm and abdominal tone.

 Each lesson is about 30 minutes in length. These bite sized movement and breathing lessons are taken from much longer Awareness Through Movement Lessons. Each lesson focuses on a specific movement skill. Lessons 5, 6, 7, and 8 we use a flattened 25cm pilates ball as a prop.


All you need is a quiet place to lie down for 30 minutes, and unravel habits of tension by following movement expert and teacher, Fariya Doctor.

I enjoyed the class. I’m in Mexico so I use the recording. My back felt great . That is a keeper for sure. I’m always looking for ways to keep my back mobile and that is so easy to do anywhere. Cheers. Toby
